Under his direction, OFC has successfully managed some of the country’s most critical and complex resiliency projects — helping protect U.S. hospitals, transportation systems, commercial buildings, public facilities, and large-scale municipal infrastructure. He continues to be recognized for his entrepreneurial drive, leadership, solution-oriented client support, and exceptional project execution.

Robert’s proven, architect-led leadership provides clients with a confident foundation for flood resilience from the start. He supports organizations throughout the design and consulting process, specializing in risk tolerance evaluations, flood control device selection, customized substitution presentations, and resiliency management contracting. His end-to-end solutions strengthen client relationships, promote long-term confidence, and help ensure continuity for mission-critical operations.

He works closely with clients to develop resilient, innovative, and engineered solutions tailored to site-specific challenges.
